In fact, you beat me to it - I was going to write one like this. I hate people in London who rush around all the time. If you get in their way they'll tut loudly, and step from side to side in a hammy fashion, but will never say anything to your face: these people should get a big sign saying "I'M SO IMPORTANT - GET OUT OF MY WAY" except they usually aren't important at all, they are just another drone in 'business analysis'.
