Does anyone actually like rats?
There’s little to be said for rats, in my opinion, and, without wasps, would be the worst animal of all.
As it is, they certainly claim the prize of worst mammal.
I once had the misfortune of discovering a rat which had got itself trapped in a dustbin and was trying to jump out (it couldn’t) and then the obvious cunundrum of what to do with this beast.
Don’t ask.
These rodents are in the Shitopedia now, where they should stay. 5 stars for irritation from me.

You claim rats for mammals. OK – I’ll give them to you! However, for insects my claim to mosquitos remains and stays valid! Ha!

Those are vile. And they belong in the shitopedia.
But pet rats are just adorable. They’re very intelligent, gentle and affectionate, at least to those of us who aren’t biased because of the whole rats carrying black death thing. That’s SO last millenium.
Rats are actually GREAT pets! Very smart, clean and social! My dad shares your view, as he is from NY and grew up with sewer rats. But please be a little open minded. Rats have even been referred to as mini dogs
They have their own little personalities and are very curious little people!
